Welcome to CliniHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CliniHub platform and services provided by Rootlogic Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore.
By accessing or using CliniHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
CliniHub is a cloud-based clinic management system designed to help healthcare practitioners and small clinics manage appointments, patient records, treatment notes, and daily operations.
2. Account Registration
To use CliniHub, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 30-day free trial for new users to evaluate our services. During the trial period, you have access to all features of your selected plan. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
4. Subscription and Payments
CliniHub operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe).
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
5. Refund Policy
As we offer a 30-day free trial, we do not provide refunds for subscription payments. You have ample time during the trial period to evaluate whether CliniHub meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to your data during this period.
- No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
After subscription cancellation, we will retain your clinic data for 30 days to allow you to reactivate your subscription or export your data if needed. After this 30-day grace period, all your clinic data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
If you wish to delete your data immediately upon cancellation, please contact our support team.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CliniHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including healthcare privacy regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
9. Your Responsibilities
As a healthcare provider, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring that your use of CliniHub complies with applicable healthcare regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Obtaining necessary consents from patients for storing their information electronically.
- Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of patient records.
- Implementing appropriate access controls within your organization.
10. Intellectual Property
CliniHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rootlogic Pte. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into CliniHub. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rootlogic Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
CliniHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rootlogic Pte. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
